Terms of Sale

1. Who you're buying from

2. What you're buying
A digital, self-paced online course delivered through Kajabi. You get lifetime access, meaning access for as long as the course remains available on the platform. Course contents, modules and delivery may be updated or improved over time.

3. Price
All prices are in GBP and include VAT at the current rate. Payment plans through Klarna or Clearpay are agreements between you and that provider, and their terms apply alongside these.

4. Access and your right to cancel
Access is granted immediately after payment. By ticking the box at checkout you consent to the course being made available to you straight away, and you acknowledge that this means you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

5. Refunds
Because access is immediate and the course is digital, no refunds are given once purchased. This does not affect your legal rights if the course is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If something is wrong, email sarah@richintime.co.uk and it will be put right.

6. How you can use the course
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course for your own learning. You may not share your login, download, record, copy, resell, republish or teach the material as your own. All content, templates and materials remain the intellectual property of Rich In Time. Breaching this ends your access with no refund.

7. Results
The course teaches methods that have worked for me and for others. It is training, not a guarantee. What you earn or achieve depends on your own work, circumstances, market and decisions. No specific income, job offer or client outcome is promised or implied.

8. One-to-one sessions
Where a purchase includes one-to-one time, sessions must be booked within [X] months of purchase. Missed sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are not rescheduled.

9. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
